Multiple count indictments across the country, resulting in proceedings in both Southwark and Maidstone Crown Courts. Indictments prosecuted by the Medicine and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, involving as they do fraudulent sales of regulated medicines, including Botox and Viagra. After substantial analysis and submissions, the Crown compelled to concede the Southwark indictment, and not guilty verdicts entered into those proceedings.
